Manju is a lot of work! I don't think I would have done it by myself. Mom is the one who wanted to make manju, and she enlisted my help. It was pretty fun, but really time consuming. Probably because we had so much sweet potato filling to use up...which meant a whole lot of dough, which equaled a LOT of manju. They are good, though.

This is what Kea did while we were baking.



She was sleeping, but opened her eyes when she heard me. :)
